The pay car park at the back is a convenient asset, especially considering it's free from 6 PM to 8 AM. Being able to leave your vehicle there is a nice touch.
Got to say, the noise levels were a problem-live music blaring until 11:30 PM followed by dogs barking made for a rough night's sleep. The room's mattress seemed like it was barely there, hard as a rock and leaving us tossing and turning all night. Plus, breakfast wasn't exactly what you'd call a culinary triumph. Swimming in grease didn't quite do the trick. The toiletries were subpar too-just a few wet wipes and tiny soaps didn't cut it. Not to mention the hassle of checking in through a busy bar with luggage. It added an unnecessary layer of difficulty.

Nothing too much trouble, I would recomand, appreciated it. Fairly clean place, staff was attentive. Got modest, bright room with a large bathroom. Could use their free parking. The venue was in a central location not far from the centre, central Bournemouth and the restaurant.

The twin room offered fantastic spaciousness, with an en suite bathroom that was equally roomy. Breakfast delivered a solid variety, with a standout scrambled egg dish paired well with toast and coffee.
Noise levels were bothersome, largely due to live music that played until 11:30 PM, followed by excessive dog barking from the bar below. Located above a pub, checking in was a bit tricky with luggage due to the bustling bar crowd, and parking is not directly on-site. It requires a bit of maneuvering to get to the nearby pay car park. The room size varied, with my parents' double room feeling smaller than ideal.

Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Wi-Fi was spotty, made work frustrating.

missingWrote a review on 20 Septcomfortable faninconvenient stairs
The powerful fan provided was a great relief during the Summer heat, making my stay much more comfortable amidst the charm of an old hotel.
The steep and narrow stairs leading to the rooms could be challenging with limited mobility, and the noise from the bar below made for a disrupted night's sleep.

The full breakfast was a good surprise, with options that was really good. The room left much to be desired. It felt outdated and lacked cleanliness, with dust and dirt present in corners. The noise from the beer garden made for a disrupted night's sleep, detracting from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere provided by friendly staff.

decent stay but noisy at night
The breakfast was a highlight, offering a fresh and delicious selection that impressed me. The staff were commendably attentive. I appreciated the convenient access , great to enter without navigating through the busy pub. My overall experience was upgraded with a surprisingly spacious twin room.
The noise levels from the bar below were disruptive, particularly in the early hours.
